London's newest and most awesomest alternative comedy night. 50% a house company (with Ryan, Robin & Partridge and others), 50% guest company (in this case, Becky!).

Huge thanks to Robin & Partridge, too, for the big heap of work they have done to produce all these shows and workshops. Sorry they are not pictured here. They are much more flashy than Ryan.

Würzburg or Bürzt.

Not to freak anyone out or hard-sell a show but the solitary 'we' just got this note from the Impro Theatre Festival in Würzburg:

The official ticket pre-sale has just started, but Becky Johnson's Solo Show Iron Cobra is almost sold out already. Seems like it is not only us who is curious and excited... Luckily Becky will also be part of the Opening Show... for all those who haven't got tickets for her show.

So...get on it, Würzburgers, if you want to catch the show. I have to admit a shocked and slightly terrified reaction to this sort of buzz. Then again, maybe that bleeding, anthropomorphic cone of fries has something to do with this uneasiness.

Oder Time (or a Festival in Ljubljana).

Apologies for posting late, but the trans-Atlantic trip really grabbed the blood out of my brain. The Goli Oder (Naked Stage) Impro Festival kicked off last night here in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and I had a great time watching the Colombians and doing a show with the International Ensemble. The crowds here are great and they totally...speak English. This was a great relief for my first show on non-Anglo soil.

The first ever Iron Cobra (Without Graham) show in the world happens on Friday night at 19.00hr (look how European I can be). It will be full of surprises and lights and a guest musician - I promise.

Hello world,

It is now quite profoundly true, IRON COBRA is going to Europe for the month of October 2010 - only Graham is not coming.

The IRON COBRA (Without Graham) European Tour is now booked for September 25 through November 1. Stops are already slated in Ljubljana, Nuernberg, Berlin, Lucerne, Zurich, London and Wurzburg with a few more possibilities brewing.

Everyone get ready (except Graham).

Last Show Ever Updates.

First, we have been granted this fabulous poster by the fine men and women of The Misanthrope Specialty Co. If you can find them, hire them for everything you need drawn.

Also, we firmed up some guests for the show. PDF Format (a.k.a. David Dineen-Porter) will be our musical guest. He is a friend to all and very allergic to the cats that will also be present at the show (take heed). We shall see how that goes. Our dad, Bob Wiseman, has also agreed to screen/present a new thing he made with Becky to start the evening off.

And the lovely Shannon Gerard has stepped up with an offer to help us a finish off a wee run of randomly sized T-shirts. You can buy one cheaply, if you like.

This should be quite a send-off.
